Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacology, biology, or related fields with 6+ years of laboratory experience.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in industry or academia.
• Detail-oriented researcher focused on disease modeling to accelerate research and discovery.
• Hands-on experience with cardiovascular models and phenotyping.
• Experience with rodent handling and various routes of drug administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Motivated, able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and conduct experiments in relevant rodent models and optimize disease-model approaches.
• Generate high-quality experimental data to meet timelines and project goals.
• Communicate findings at project meetings and recommend follow-up studies.
• Apply relevant scientific literature to solve project challenges.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Generate, analyze, and document complex data with high reproducibility and ELN records.
