Job summary

Labcorp in Madison, WI seeks a Supervisor - In Life Operations to lead a team of study staff in nonclinical regulatory and non-regulatory drug development tasks. You will coach, schedule, perform performance reviews and ensure deadlines are met in line with SOPs and GLPs.

The role requires a Life Science degree or equivalent experience, plus leadership exposure. Overtime, weekends, and flexible hours may be required. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline or 3+ years in a lab/research role.
• One year or more prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates the daily activities of the group and liaises with other groups.
• Ensures testing is completed by deadlines in compliance with SOPs and GLPs.
• Monitors animal health and welfare in line with the Animal Welfare Act and AAALAC standards.
• Provides training and guidance for staff.
• Participates in start-up meetings and study coordination.
• Responds to reports from Study Direction, QAU, EH&S, clients or regulators.
