Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an organized Litigation Paralegal to support a broad range of matters in our in-house Legal team. The role focuses on managing litigation, regulatory investigations, and pre-litigation matters across global operations, in a fast-paced life sciences setting.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the litigation lifecycle, strong experience with subpoenas, and a proven ability to coordinate with external counsel and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with subpoenas and record requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a broad range of litigation matters, including product liability, commercial disputes, employment claims, and regulatory investigations.
• Coordinate discovery, document collection, and litigation hold with outside counsel.
• Maintain litigation files, pleadings, and correspondence per department protocols.
• Support internal investigations, including employee interviews and records reviews.
