Latitude has an immediate opportunity for a highly organized litigation paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a prominent healthcare company on a remote, full-time contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and a track record of meticulous calendaring, document filing, and medical chronology work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with inbox management and calendaring for high-volume matters
• Experience assembling medical chronologies and reviewing medical records
• Experience supporting mediation/arbitration prep and ADR processes
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree; relevant work experience may substitute for education
• Highly professional, detail-oriented, and with excellent communication skills
• Remote paralegal experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency required
• Outstanding professional references

Responsibilities

• Assist the legal team with litigation management and calendaring
• Manage a busy litigation inbox and file pleadings electronically
• Maintain calendars and deadlines for multiple matters
