Job Title

Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Location

Madison, WI (relocation required and fully reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• Managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other potential risk areas.
• Handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Qualifications

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• COVID‑19 vaccination requirement.
• Strong academic and professional background; eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
