Overview

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You’ll handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and counsel the organization on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law risk areas.
• Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Grow responsibilities and influence rapidly with expanding industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Eye for detail and a creative mind.

Additional Requirements

• Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
