Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic – Madison, WI – Full‑time – Mid‑Senior level

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team as a Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney at Epic. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
