Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is seeking a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney to join our legal team at our Madison, WI campus. Please note that this position requires relocation to the area; we recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team.

Responsibilities

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.
