A leading healthcare technology firm is seeking a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney to manage complex legal issues and provide proactive risk counseling. Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team.

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you'll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.
