Workstream is seeking an experienced in-house legal counsel to support its rapid growth in Lehi, UT. You will manage commercial contracts (MSAs, DPAs), ensure privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and provide product counsel for AI/ML features.

You will partner across Sales, Product, Partnerships, Finance, and People Ops to balance legal rigor with startup speed. The role requires a licensed US attorney with 10+ years in the legal field and 5-7+ years in-house at a SaaS or tech company.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice in at least one US jurisdiction (CA bar preferred).
• 10+ years of legal experience.
• 5-7+ years in-house at a SaaS or tech company.
