Kit is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to navigate privacy, data, AI and regulatory compliance for a multi‑revenue tech platform. You’ll partner with the executive team to shape product legal strategy, respond to security questionnaires, and build scalable processes that reduce reliance on outside counsel while keeping pace with growth.

You will become the go‑to legal advisor across product, engineering, and GTM teams, influencing privacy, data use, and vendor decisions in a fast‑moving creator

Qualifikationen

• In-house counsel experience at a tech company or top‑tier firm.
• J.D. from a US‑accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of a State Bar.

Aufgaben

• Serve as in-house legal expert on privacy, data, AI and compliance.
• Lead product legal strategy and execution with the executive team.
• Develop scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes and self‑service guidance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security and GTM teams.
• Respond to customer security questionnaires and vet GDPR/data compliance.
