Kit is a 100% remote email marketing platform helping creators grow their audience and sell digital products. We seek an in-house legal subject matter expert in the United States to partner with executives on privacy, data, AI, compliance, and commercial contracts.

You will own GDPR and data compliance vetting, build repeatable privacy systems across products like Subscriber Signals, and reduce reliance on outside counsel by handling core work while knowing when to bring in specialists.

Responsabilités

• Serve as in-house legal SME partnering with executives on privacy, data, AI, compliance, and contracts.
• Own GDPR and data compliance vetting and build repeatable privacy systems across products like Subscriber Signals.
• Reduce reliance on outside counsel by owning core legal work and knowing when specialized outside counsel is needed.
• Report to the COO and partner with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations.
