Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV) in Minnesota seeks an experienced in-house counsel to advise on corporate law, M&A, and gaming regulation. You will provide contract support, risk analysis, and collaborate with Band Government Affairs and outside counsel to protect MLCV’s business interests.

The role requires strong research, writing, and negotiation skills, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and employee benefit plans. Preference given to Mille Lacs Band members.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Advise Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures and subsidiaries in all areas of law.
• Offer legal advice on business and economic development issues.
• Provide legal support including contract negotiations; draft and assist as needed.
