Job summary

Latitude Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Corporate Attorney for an in‑house position in Minneapolis. The role focuses on corporate, securities, and M&A matters with a strong transactional foundation.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents and provide practical legal counsel. The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of corporate transactional experience, excellent drafting and communication skills, and is licensed to practice in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of corporate transactional experience including securities & M&A.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with practical legal guidance.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound judgment, discretion and professional integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal and business teams.
• J.D. from ABA‑accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• Outstanding professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal counsel on corporate, securities, M&A and other transactional matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate engagement agreements, confidentiality agreements and related documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on legal considerations affecting transactions and activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders and internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and assist with disputes and third‑party matters.
