Corporate Attorney (Full Time / Hybrid in Minneapolis In-House Counsel)

If you’re a corporate attorney looking to move in-house and build on your strong transactional foundation, this position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate, securities, and M&A matters as part of an experienced legal team at a leading financial services organization. The role is well suited for an associate-level attorney who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility in‑house.

As the Corporate Attorney, you will provide practical legal counsel on corporate, securities, M&A, and other transactional matters; draft, review, and negotiate engagement agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other transaction‑related documents; monitor relevant regulatory and legislative developments and advise on legal and regulatory considerations affecting transactions and business activities. You will also collaborate with business leaders and other internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives and special projects, coordinate with outside counsel, and assist with disputes, third‑party matters, and other legal issues as they arise. This is a full‑time position with a hybrid work schedule based in Minneapolis.

Compensation

Pay: The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
