FAAC Technologies seeks an experienced In-House Counsel to support its North American operations in Columbus, OH. You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including distribution, supply, and software licensing contracts, while managing disputes and coordinating with external counsel.

The role also oversees corporate governance activities and ensures alignment with U.S./Canada legal requirements.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar in good standing.
• 10–12 years of legal practice focused on commercial contracts in industrial or technology sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements including distribution, supply and software licensing contracts.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
• Oversee corporate governance activities and ensure compliance with local requirements in U.S. and Canada.
