The role requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and active Indiana bar admission, with 5+ years of experience in government, a law firm, or in-house practice. The candidate will support a wide range of legal topics across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission required.
• Independently draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.
• Construction or manufacturing contract experience preferred.
• Experience with health, safety, and environmental law compliance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on broad range of commercial contracts.
• Provide risk-based legal strategies and solutions to mitigate risk.
• Manage disputes, coordinate with outside counsel, and advise on litigation strategy.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
