SpectraCare is seeking a qualified therapist to lead the In-Home Intervention (IHI) program based from the Geneva County Clinic in Geneva, AL. The role includes planning, organizing, and supervising the program to ensure high quality care for clients.

You will manage budgeting, staff supervision, and interagency coordination, with travel within the five-county catchment. A master’s degree and relevant clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• One year postmaster supervised experience in a direct service area.
• Must be willing to attend required trainings (IHI, TCM) as required by state regulations.
• Ability to travel within five-county catchment and statewide as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage the In-Home Intervention program in accordance with SpectraCare policies and budgets.
• Provide therapeutic services to families and conduct service planning.
• Perform crisis intervention and coordinate resources with community agencies.
• Maintain client records and documentation per Alabama Administrative Code and CMS rules.
• Supervise IHI staff, provide training, and liaison with local agencies.
