Daymark Recovery Services seeks an IIH Team Leader to supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering in-home and community-based therapy to youth and their families. The role requires coordinating assessments, supervising clinicians, and ensuring coordinated care with other agency staff.

The position is in-person, with flexible office hours around visits, supervision, and on-call crisis support. A Master’s degree and clinical licensure are required, with a minimum of one year working with

• Requires clinical licensure (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, LP/A) with a master's degree and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents who have MH/SU diagnoses.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and family therapy for youth served by the team.
• Coordinate staffing to apply specialized clinical expertise as clinically indicated.
• Oversee the assessment and reassessment of recipients' clinical needs.
• Provide supervision to IIH team members for the provision of this service.
• Ensure proper billing of IIH services.
• Meet with IIH team weekly to review progress toward goals.
