Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Technical Administrative Support to bridge technical content and executive communication for MCICOM initiatives. You will develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), create dashboards, infographics, and executive summaries, and lead schedule integration across multiple programs.

You will also produce high-quality graphics and documentation, support milestone planning, and ensure DoW MILCON documentation standards are met within a federal defense environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 10+ years of relevant experience in federal/defense environments.
• Active Secret clearance required; U.S. citizen.
• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multi-project programs.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop IMS across multiple projects and programs to align with mission objectives.
• Create high-quality visuals, graphics, and executive briefing materials for MCICOM leadership.
• Serve as SME in scheduling, including IMS development, maintenance, and analysis.
• Provide schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Support documentation and reporting artifacts, including technical writing and design work.
