What You Will Do, in brief: develop, maintain and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This includes developing the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure accurate, appropriate, and effective plan for the scope of work. You will perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics. You will review and implement IMS coding, outlining structures and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices. Depending on the size and complexity of the effort, you may assist the lead scheduler/planner on a larger/more complex effort or be responsible for a smaller effort.
This position is onsite in a classified area in Tucson, AZ. A signing bonus is available, provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
