Job summary

Consertus is seeking master scheduling consultants in Houston, Texas, with at least 10-15 years of experience in scheduling DoE projects under EVM requirements. This role involves leading the development of work breakdown structures, enhancing process tools for compliance, and conducting schedule risk assessments.

The position offers a full-time, hybrid work model, generous compensation between $100,000 to $140,000 annually, and various benefits including life insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience scheduling DoE projects with EVM requirement.
• Strong familiarity with the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
• Experience leading schedule risk assessments.
• Proficient in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera.
• DOE Q Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the WBS including control account and work package definition.
• Support to enhance process, tools, and data architecture for EVMS compliance.
• Develop standard monthly IMS reporting for project management.
• Provide recommendations in flowing down scheduling requirements.
• Support IMS baseline change control.
• Develop a standard IMS coding structure for EVM requirements.
• Support IMS and EVM reporting systems integration.
• Lead development of EVM System Description content.
• Ensure consistent IMS maintenance for EVMS.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and provide training.
