Safran Group seeks an experienced continuous improvement leader to drive site-level projects that enhance process performance. You will setup project governance, coordinate with a steering committee, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep Lean Sigma expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to operate in a multicultural, international setting. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in related fields are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering/Business/Operations.
• 10+ years in CI, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Sigma tools and methods.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary, cross-cultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement projects, defined with sponsor.
• Establish project structure, Steering Committee governance.
• Identify resource needs and negotiate provision with sponsor.
• Execute ambitious Lean Sigma projects and change management.
