Job summary
NTT DATA seeks an Imprivata L4 Engineer / Senior Platform Engineer for a hybrid role based in Plano, TX. You will serve as the highest-level technical escalation for Imprivata platform issues, while shaping authentication, SSO and identity management strategies across our enterprise environment.
The role requires strong expertise in Imprivata OneSign/EAM, SSO and MFA, with hands-on work across AD, Entra ID and VDI platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years with Imprivata OneSign/EAM.
- Strong SSO, authentication, MFA, and identity management capabilities.
- Experience with AD and Microsoft Entra ID integration.
- Advanced troubleshooting in Windows environments.
- Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery and enterprise architecture.
- Experience planning upgrades and migrations across platforms.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as escalation point for Imprivata issues and drive resolution.
- Design, implement, and maintain SSO and MFA workflows across apps.
- Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and document runbooks and SOPs.
