Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks an Epic IAM & Security Analyst (L3) for a hybrid role based in Plano, TX. You will administer Epic access controls, troubleshoot security issues, support HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with IAM, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure access solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Administration, Healthcare IT, or related roles.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Epic Security and Access Management.
• Experience with Epic Security (Roles, Profiles, Security Classes, Access Controls).
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, Federation Services.
• Experience with IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
• ServiceNow workflows and ticket management.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Epic security models, access roles, profiles, and user access controls.
• Troubleshoot user access, authentication, authorization, and account-related issues.
• Assist with privileged access management and access governance activities.
• Perform periodic access reviews and support audit requests.
• Help implement least-privilege and segregation-of-duties controls.
• Support integrations between Epic and enterprise IAM platforms (AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA).
• Troubleshoot provisioning and identity synchronization issues.
• Support automated access-management workflows.
