Job summary

NTT DATA in Plano, Texas seeks an experienced Epic IAM & Security SME (L4) to provide advanced technical leadership for Epic security, IAM, authentication, and integrations. You will collaborate with Epic teams, IAM, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a hybrid onsite/offsite model.

The role covers security architecture, complex troubleshooting, access governance, and ensuring compliant access across Epic ecosystems, with mentoring across L1-L3 teams and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management, Security Administration, or Healthcare IT Security.
• 3+ years supporting Epic Security and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Epic security models, AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and IAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage Epic security models, roles, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user access issues.
• Support privileged access management and access reviews for audits.
• Integrate Epic with enterprise IAM solutions (AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, ServiceNow).
• Lead P1/P2/P3 incident resolution and mentor L1-L3 teams.
• Design secure IAM architectures; ensure HIPAA compliance and automation.
