Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Director, Implementation Scientist to lead implementation science projects across the pharmaceutical development lifecycle. You will guide study design, evidence generation, and client communications while collaborating with RTI-HS and RTI International experts.

Ideal candidates will have a PhD in a relevant field and strong experience with qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research.

Qualifications

• PhD in implementation science or related field with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience applying implementation science theories to real-world questions.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and evidence generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation science and applied health research projects from scoping to final delivery.
• Translate client objectives into rigorous, feasible research strategies.
• Provide strategic direction on applying implementation science to development, delivery, and adoption challenges.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client communication.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations.
