Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking a motivated Research Associate in Implementation Science to support our growing program. This entry-level role is ideal for a candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree who is interested in applied health research and healthcare delivery.

You will work closely with senior researchers on project execution, literature reviews, and mixed-methods data collection, contributing to client deliverables and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelora0s or masterb4s degree in health sciences, public health, implementation science, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research.
• Ability to organize information, maintain documentation, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and evaluation of implementation science projects.
• Conduct landscape assessments, literature reviews, and evidence-synthesis activities.
• Assist with applying theories, models, and frameworks to research questions.
• Develop logic models, implementation plans, and study protocols.
• Support data collection and analysis under supervision.
• Prepare evidence summaries, tables, figures, reports, and presentations.
