Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking a motivated Research Associate in Implementation Science to support the growth and execution of our Implementation Science Program. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree interested in applied health research and quality improvement.

You will work with senior researchers on project execution, literature synthesis, mixed-methods approaches, and site-based activities while contributing to client deliverables and research

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in health sciences or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize information and meet deadlines.
• Experience with literature reviews or evidence synthesis helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and evaluation of projects across RTI-HS portfolio.
• Conduct landscape assessments and literature reviews.
• Develop logic models, implementation plans, and study protocols.
• Prepare draft evidence summaries, tables, figures, and reports.
• Follow ethics, confidentiality, and quality-control procedures.
