Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (e.g., PhD/DrPH/MD/PharmD).
• Minimum seven years in academia, consulting or industry with pharma/biotech exposure.
• Experience leading strategic IS initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare landscape and policy.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to IS strategy and operating model set by the Senior Director, Implementation Science & Policy.
• Champion a data-enabled mindset, diagnose drivers of clinical inertia, lead IS initiatives end to end.
• Guide execution of medical strategy with Core Medical Teams and field medical partners.
• Design and execute implementation solutions to accelerate GDMT adoption and measure impact.
• Cultivate external partnerships with health systems, payers, and academic collaborators.
• Maintain awareness of US payer landscape, quality measures, and value-based care models.
