Job summary

Neumo, a GovTech-focused provider in the United States, is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead and Subject Matter Expert to guide software deployments for clients. You will lead project planning, configure systems, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.

The role demands deep understanding of software architectures, databases, and data integration, plus strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in gov tech implementations, preferably in a software company or IT consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and determine optimal technical solutions.
• Develop implementation plans, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution.
• Design and configure software systems based on client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications.
• Conduct thorough analysis and testing of software configurations, identifying and resolving any technical issues or compatibility concerns.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to address complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the implementation process and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Document implementation processes, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in training end-users on software functionalities, offering guidance and support to maximize their understanding and utilization of the system
