Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking a remote Project Manager for PowerDMS implementations in the United States. You will manage multiple client engagements with a team of consultants, developers, and SMEs to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities include creating project plans, risk mitigation, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support. Strong communication and prioritization are essential to drive adoption and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience onboarding B2B SaaS solutions or enterprise software.
• Experience working with public sector/public safety clients is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall project management frameworks (PMP or CSM certifications are preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own development of comprehensive project plans, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Monitor and report on progress throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure on-time launches.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Serve as central hub between client and internal teams (Sales, Product, Support).
• Guide client stakeholders through change management and platform adoption.
• Contribute to scaling and standardizing onboarding methodologies to reduce cycle times.
