Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Implementation for a partner-based opportunity in the United States. You will lead complex client implementations across digital banking solutions, guiding projects from planning to launch and post-launch activities.

As the primary implementation lead, you will build trusted customer relationships while coordinating internal and external stakeholders, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution across multiple concurrent engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience leading implementation projects or client-facing delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects across digital banking solutions from planning through launch and post-launch activities.
• Serve as the primary implementation lead, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Schedule, track, and report project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage Jira tickets, backlogs, and customer-reported issues with cross-functional support.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and customer communications.
• Ensure alignment of implementation objectives with customer business goals.
