Qualificações

• At least 7 years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products including PA, SPAR, Portfolio Vault & Insight and Analytics APIs.
• Excellent technical background.
• Proven technical proficiency writing complex screening codes.
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA or other industry certifications preferred.
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
• Enthusiastic with initiative and ownership.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates; collaborate on project plans.
• Provide product guidance on solving processes based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and guide technical staff on requirements.
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite’s technical aspects.
• Implement new and enhance deployments to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and their application.
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client structures and opportunities during implementation.
• Share trends, what works well, and areas for improvement.
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet products.
• Provide user training and support training program development.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
