Job summary

Engine is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation professional to lead high-impact programs for Engine X Card customers. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to map requirements, design deployment plans, and drive fast, reliable integrations across ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense platforms.

You bring 6+ years in implementations at corporate card, spend management, or fintech, with 2+ years leading teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in implementation, solutions architecture, or technical program management in corporate card, spend management, or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute the Engine X Card implementation strategy for new customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate blockers into product priorities.
• Lead ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense-platform integration workstreams for Engine X.
• Serve as the senior implementation voice on deals, scoping, and time-to-first-transaction.
