Cross Country is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead projects and workstreams for our WFS and Intellify solutions. You will coordinate internal teams with clients, manage delivery across all implementation phases, and guide offshore staff through hyper-care post-launch.

The role emphasizes proactive communication and strong project planning, with a healthcare or staffing background and proficiency in Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Excel highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or staffing industry preferred.
• Experience managing healthcare implementation projects or programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel and related MS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and workstreams across all implementation phases.
• Coordinate timelines, plans, and task assignments with stakeholders.
• Direct offshore team members on special projects and post-launch support.
• Develop client-facing and internal training materials and presentations.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain documentation in Excel/Smartsheet.
