Job summary

Firecrawl is seeking an Implementation Specialist to land in customer environments, wire up integrations, and drive production-ready outcomes. You will own onboarding end to end, building integrations against real data and solving deployment challenges.

This hands-on, customer-facing role rewards time-to-value and adoption, requiring 3+ years in a technical customer-facing position, API literacy, and the ability to translate technical work into business value. Hybrid work in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent.
• Ability to land in a customer environment and deliver production-ready integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding end to end: land in their environment, scope the integration, and get them to production fast.
• Build the integration and solve the problems that block go-live with real customer data.
• Run technical discovery to diagnose what blocks deployment: usage, bug, or product gap.
• Turn a successful launch into adoption and expansion, and collaborate with revenue to hit targets.
• Be the trusted technical voice during rollout and feed learnings back to product/engineering.
• Know when to solve it yourself and when to escalate to engineering.
