Arkestro, Inc. is seeking a Consulting role to drive successful implementations of our Predictive Procurement Platform. You will collaborate with customers to understand needs, map them to Arkestro, and ensure a smooth transition to our solution.

The ideal candidate has a problem-solving mindset, advocates for the customer, and can operate in a Series A startup environment with long hours and ambiguity. You will help customers achieve best-in-class procurement outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• US-based with 6+ years in implementation consulting, business analysis, or project management.
• Excellent communication across levels of an organization.
• Ability to resolve complex problems with innovative approaches.
• Willing to travel 35% or more and work with customers.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with customers and project team to implement the Arkestro system in procurement processes.
• Use functional, technical, and product expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Map customers' existing procurement processes to Arkestro.
• Lead across cross-functional teams to drive the overall project plan.
• Identify system or process improvements and challenge the status quo.
• Be the primary contact for sustaining issues, product enhancements, and change requests.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer on solution functionality and testing methodologies.
