Job summary

Unmind, a UK-based company focused on workplace mental health, is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to own client launches, live changes, integrations, and time-critical work.

You will lead delivery from requirements through go-live—coordinating with HR, IT, security, and senior stakeholders to protect client confidence and ensure smooth implementation.

This remote-first role offers monthly London meet-ups and a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience owning client-facing implementation projects from planning to launch.
• Strong project management skills for time-critical work across teams.
• Comfort with technical configuration, integrations, QA, troubleshooting.
• Confident communication with senior client stakeholders (HR/IT/security).
• Ability to align internal teams on status, risks, and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Own client implementation end to end, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Join pre-sales calls to discuss process and answer questions.
• Maintain executive presence with HR, IT, security and benefits leads.
• Configure platform, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations and Client Success.
• Maintain implementation records, handovers, and processes to reduce risk.
• Identify recurring themes and opportunities to improve delivery.
• Protect client experience during launches and complex changes.
• Support other teams to resolve client-impacting issues.
