• 5+ years in Vital Records industry.
• 5+ years in customer implementation or related fields.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations from planning to launch.
• Experience with government customers and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into implementation solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Experience with VitalChek, VitalIQ, VitalAmend, or related products.
• Experience working with state, county, or local government agencies.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Experience supporting large-scale or multi-product implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations from discovery to go-live and support.
• Develop and manage implementation plans with scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and project planning sessions.
• Serve as primary contact for implementation issues and risk management.
• Translate requirements into effective solution designs leveraging product knowledge.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners for delivery.
• Monitor progress and communicate status with mitigation plans.
• Support adoption and long-term customer success post-launch.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements.
