Job summary

Relx PLC seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex customer implementations from planning through launch. You will partner with product, technology, operations, and sales to ensure successful adoption of Vital Records products and services.

You will mentor teammates, manage risks, and maintain strong relationships with government customers while translating requirements into effective designs and configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Vital Records industry and customer implementation.
• Experience with government customers and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience translating requirements into implementation solutions.
• Mentoring or coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Develop and manage implementation plans with scope, timelines and risks.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders across processes.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across the team.
• Coordinate internal and third-party resources for delivery and launch.
