Job summary

You will guide strategic projects, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive cross‑functional collaboration across the Supply Chain and Enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant business experience, including at least five years in a life sciences industry such as medical devices, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in conceptual manufacturing equipment and process development, design and implementation, project planning and scheduling, and management of capital projects.
• Experience with leadership of multifunctional engineering teams in an FDA-regulated or comparable environment.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and deliver significant industrial improvements.
• Strong understanding of process development and validation, DOE, statistics, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of manufacturing strategies and technologies to improve product quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Lead site engineering projects, monitor ROI, and manage the capital long‑range plan.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and lean initiatives across the engineering organization.
• Provide direction and governance for manufacturing engineering activities in Jacksonville and align with Implant Platform goals.
