• Doctoral-level degree in a scientific field or equivalent clinical qualification.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry with multi-country trials.
• Experience designing and interpreting immunology trials.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Proven experience in Phase II/III development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase IIb/III trial design aligned to strategy.
• Provide scientific guidance across programs with clear hypotheses and endpoints.
• Define data quality metrics and review plans to safeguard integrity.
• Oversee end-to-end safety evaluation for pivotal trials.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and more.
• Contribute to regulatory documentation and interactions.
• Support medical monitoring to ensure protocol fidelity.
• Synthesize evidence to inform go/no-go decisions and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure consistency across therapeutic area standards.
• Provide scientific input to drive R&D and business decisions.
• Present results to governance and stakeholders.
