AstraZeneca in Boston seeks a Global Development Medical Director to support the design and interpretation of pivotal respiratory and immunology programs from Phase IIb to IV, providing medical input for core labelling and clinical strategy.

You will lead medical monitoring, develop protocols and regulatory documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries in a truly international environment.

Competenze

• MD or MD/PhD required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in clinical research.
• Demonstrated partnership and collaboration across countries and cultures.
• Fluent in oral and written English with strong presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Provide medical and scientific leadership in late-stage development (Ph2b and later) for respiratory and immunology programs.
• Lead design, execution, and interpretation of pivotal clinical trials.
• Build relationships with external scientific experts and collaborate with Patient Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Contribute to regulatory documents and regulatory authority interactions.
• Develop and review clinical development documents and publications.
