Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Account Manager, Immunology, in Syracuse, NY to drive prescription dermatology product sales and manage key accounts including dermatologists, pharmacies, and health networks.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional account plans, leveraging market insights, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve access and utilization while achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Five or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential required.
• 3+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales required.
• 3+ years of specialty or biologic sales.
• Previous account management experience and B2B sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven performance history.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy; promote Rx products and launch new products.
• Execute integrated commercial selling strategies and manage contracting/access.
• Develop cross-functional account plans to grow key accounts; align market access and field reimbursement.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders; use analytics to anticipate customer needs.
• Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the area.
• Plan and execute field-based activities in compliance with standards.
