Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Paralegal, Immigration to support our internal employment-based immigration program. You will coordinate with external counsel, sponsored employees, managers, the People Team, and the Legal Team to administer immigration sponsorship processes and ensure timely, compliant handling according to company procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business immigration experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes and compliance concepts.
• Experience coordinating immigration matters with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain processes clearly.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential employee and company information.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Company’s employment-based immigration program and visa matters.
• Coordinate with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex matters to counsel as needed.
• Manage case initiation, document collection, and related requirements for filings.
• Support sponsorship assessments, internal approvals, and lottery/PERM processes.
• Develop and maintain immigration procedures, templates, and resources.
• Track deadlines, identify compliance risks, and monitor external spend.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws affecting Redwood employees.
• Support other Legal Team projects as assigned.
