Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business immigration or equivalent
• Experience coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; handling confidential information
• Ability to develop SOPs, templates, trackers, and resources

Responsibilities

• Support administration of employment-based immigration program, including visa and related processes.
• Serve as a point of contact between external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex matters to counsel.
• Coordinate case initiation, document collection, and LCA postings for filings.
• Support sponsorship assessments, internal approvals, and immigration events.
• Develop and maintain immigration procedures, templates, and resources.
• Track deadlines, monitor compliance risks, and manage spend with outside counsel.
• Stay current on changing immigration laws affecting Redwood employees.
• Support other Legal Team projects as assigned.
