Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues, while preparing and reviewing cases.
- Ensure clients are kept informed of any missing documents and the process of their cases before and after filing cases.
- Utilize case management system regularly to update case processing status and any client information.
- Assist Attorney with case preparation and be the point of contact between client and attorney.
- Complete case preparation in a timely manner.
- Prioritize and meet assigned deadlines, provide reports, and communicate case progress/issues to manager weekly.
- Maintain electronic client case files.
- Translate client documents.
- Preparing and filing applications with USCIS, including but not limited to family-based petitions (I-130), adjustment of status (1-485), provisional waivers (I-601A), naturalization (N-400), employment authorization documents (I-765), DACA/TPS (I-821D), Consular Processing (DS-260) and U Visas (I-918).
- Submitting motions, applications, and supplemental evidence filings with EOIR in advance of Individual/Merits Hearings.
- Working collaboratively within a legal team by coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless case management.
- Assisting the team by answering procedural questions and serving as a resource for colleagues.
- Participating in and contributing to team meetings, providing case updates, addressing challenges, and fostering effective communication across the office.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Immigration Law Experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.
- Immigration Case Management Experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be a great team player.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
