Law Offices of Robert Bond, Esq. seeks an experienced immigration attorney to lead our immigration practice.

Based in Philadelphia, with regular travel to our Brooklyn office, you will supervise attorneys and staff, manage complex matters, and maintain high standards of client service and deadlines. The ideal candidate has a J.D., active license, at least five years in immigration law, and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills; prior supervision experience is preferred and you can

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least five years of direct immigration law experience preferred.
• Substantial experience with removal defense, asylum, and family-based immigration.
• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising attorneys or legal staff strongly preferred.
• Sound judgment, professional accountability, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Comfort using immigration case-management and legal-research technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied immigration caseload including removal defense, asylum, family-based immigration, employment-based matters, and naturalization.
• Represent clients in Immigration Court, USCIS interviews, and other proceedings.
• Supervise, mentor, and support attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff in Philadelphia and Brooklyn.
• Review and finalize immigration forms, motions, briefs, appeals, declarations, and supporting evidence.
• Develop case strategy, identify risks, and ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met.
• Communicate clearly with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those under stress.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on case assignments, quality control, and practice development.
