Job summary

Law Offices of Robert Bond, Esq. in Brooklyn seeks an experienced immigration attorney to lead our immigration practice, with regular travel to the Philadelphia office.

The right candidate will combine sound legal judgment, courtroom experience, and strong case management to supervise attorneys and staff effectively. Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum five years of direct immigration law experience preferred.
• Experience supervising attorneys or legal staff strongly preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied immigration caseload, including removal defense, asylum, family-based immigration, employment-based matters, and naturalization
• Represent clients in Immigration Court, at USCIS interviews, and in other administrative proceedings
• Supervise, mentor, and support attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff in Philadelphia and Brooklyn
• Review and finalize immigration forms, motions, briefs, appeals, declarations, and supporting evidence
• Develop case strategy, identify risks, and ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met
• Communicate clearly with clients from diverse backgrounds, including clients facing stressful or urgent circumstances
• Work collaboratively with firm leadership on case assignments, quality control, and practice development
